Initial Submission

The paper submission system will open on December 15, 2018.

Prospective authors should submit their papers electronically in PDF format. Six pages in the standard IEEE format are allowed for each paper, including figures. Up to two additional pages are permitted at extra charge. Each paper can be accompanied by a short (3-4 minute) video.

All papers submitted to ICORR 2019 will undergo a peer-review process. A manuscript will be reviewed by at least two reviewers, who will provide detailed comments and – if the submission is accepted – the authors submit a revised (“camera-ready”) version that takes into account this feedback. The review process is managed by the program chairs and the conference associate editors.

All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other’s identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.

Final Submission (Camera-ready version)

If your paper has been accepted, please revise your manuscript based on the reviewer’s comments and submit the final version by May 15, 2019. The RehabWeek2019_DigestSlide and the Copyright form are also required. All necessary forms needed for submission will be created by the electronic submission website at the time of final submission. Authors need to sign and submit the IEEE copyright release form and will only be able to upload papers once they have completed the copyright transfer process.

IEEE requires that all papers comply with IEEE specifications for document format and compatibility. Papers will be published in PDF format. Your PDF file MUST be validated by the IEEE PDF eXpress service prior to being submitted.

If you have any questions concerning the submission of your final paper, please check the conference submission website.
