- I have already registered and submitted final version of the paper, but I want to participate with someone else. Do I have to register for him/her or pay extra fee?
Each participant MUST be registered individually. If “someone else” also want to participate, he/she must register by himself/herself.
- I have registered first, then tried to submit my final paper, but couldn’t. How can I solve it?
Please note that the corresponding author only can submit the final paper. Please make sure that you are the corresponding author in the paper submission system.
- Will the accepted papers of Latest Results be included in ieee explorer and EI indexed? If no author presents in the conference, will the paper be included as well in ieee explorer?
If no author presents the accepted paper at the conference (no-show), it will be included in conference proceedings but NOT be included in IEEE Xplore and EI indexed, even with paying the conference fee.
In case any payment for conference fee is not made, it will NOT be included in conference proceedings, IEEE Xplore and EI indexed.
- Does the RIBIO 2016 only accept the papers related to ocean robotics?
No. Original papers are solicited in all related areas of robotics and biomimetics
