If no author presents the accepted paper at the conference (no-show), it will be included in conference proceedings but NOT be included in IEEE Xplore and EI indexed, even with paying the conference fee.

12 minutes of presentation + 3 minutes of discussion (each)
- Please bring your own laptop for presentation and check the connection with the projector before the session starts.
- Please arrive early enough to meet the session chair and to tell him/her your name, affiliation and the title of your paper before the session starts.
- The presentation time is 15 minutes. This includes speaker transition, setting up your computer, and question & answers (3min.). So each speaker will have to finish his/her talk within 12 minutes to have an enough time for question & answers.
– Poster session –
Poster printing service has been already closed. Please bring your poster by yourself.
Core Time 16:10 to 17:00
The core time of poster sessions is set to be from 16:10 to 17:00. This time covers the coffee break time. During this time, each poster presenters must stand at the front of his/her poster to explain to and discuss with the researchers.
The Poster Area of the conference is at 2F Foyer. The poster session schedule is as follows:
Author should post up your poster on the poster panel at 2F Foyer before 14:20 pm. The session starting time is 14:40.
The core time of each poster session is from 16:10 to 17:00 (covering the afternoon coffee break period). The presenter of the poster paper should show in front of the poster to present their poster to audience.
Please note that your poster should be prepared well in advance. There will be no time or materials available for last minute preparations at the conference. Sellotape or pushpins will be provided to attach your posters to the boards. Your poster must be posted before your poster session starts. When you arrive for your session, please contact secretariat staff at the registration counter for:
- Report presence
- Get the assigned board number
- Get Sellotape or pushpins.
After your session ends, please remove your poster within 30 min, or it will be discarded.
Poster session represents an effective and valuable means for authors to present their research results. It offers an opportunity of meeting with interested attendees for in-depth scientific and technical discussions, and establishing new collaborations. Therefore, it is important that you display your results clearly to attract people who have an interest in your team’s research work.
The accepted contribution, which were selected as “Poster Presentation” in initial submission, will be assigned to poster sessions in the conference program. The conference also provides printing service. The author have to upload the Poster PDF as attachment during the final submission and pay the printing service fee during the author registration.
Your poster should cover the KEY POINTS of your paper, which include but not limited to background, methods, results and conclusion. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible. This will save your time for discussions and questions with fellow researchers.
POSTER DIMENSIONS
- Your poster SHOULD have the following dimensions:
- A0 Size: 33.1 inches (84.1 cm) wide x 46.8 inches (118.9 cm) high.
- Please note that printing out your submitted full paper in A4 size format is NOT acceptable as a poster.
POSTER CONTENT
- Title: The title of your poster should appear at the top with lettering of at least 70 pt font size). Below the title, place the names of authors and their affiliations.
- Text: Text should be readable from five feet away. Use a minimum font size of 18 pt. Keep the text brief. Try to use text to introduce the study, explain visuals and direct viewers’ attention to significant data trends and relationships portrayed in the visuals, state and explain the interpretations that follow from the data. It is also a good idea to put future research plans or questions for discussion with viewers in your text.
- Figures: Each figure should have a brief title. Figures should be numbered consecutively according to the order in which they are first mentioned in the text. Try to use color figures rather than only black and white text to make your poster attractive and highlight the important technical content of your paper. Make sure that the text and the visuals are integrated.
Poster data does not have to be submitted on the submission system.
