Pre-registration will be cut-off on 3 Nov. 31 Oct. 2016, which the conference package will be ready in Pre-registration Counter. Registration after 3 Nov. 31 Oct. 2016, please go to On-site Registration Counter to pick-up your registration package.
During the conference, a Digest will be distributed to all participants. Please prepare one (and only one) PowerPoint slide that illustrates your paper. Use the ROBIO 2016 Digest Template. Please do not change the template and keep fonts and font sizes as preset in the template. Please also note that the digest will be printed in black and white.

*In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors has to register in advance. Authors registered as student are allowed to upload 1 contribution. With a regular registration up to 2 contributions can be registered. If you want to upload more contributions, an extra fee of $300 per contribution is needed.
It is strongly recommended that authors pay through the way of credit card when register in PaperPlaza.
For the persons who do not have credit card, an alternative is on remittance. For bank account information, please contact Mr. Qiquan Quan via email.
**In order to register as a student, register via the regular registration form as a student attendant. You will receive a confirmation email for your registration. Send this email together with a confirmation document of your student status. Such confirmation document can be a) copy of your enrollment or b) copy of your student card or c) official letter from your institution in English stating that have a student status.
In order to get an approval as a life member to upload any contributions, please contact the registration office first via email.

Cancellation Policy
Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of $150 on or before 3 Nov. 31 Oct, 2016 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final contribution to ROBIO 2016, it can’t be refunded. On or after 4 Nov, 1 Nov., 2016, the registration fee can’t be refunded. All refunds will be made after the conference.
