Open DARPA Robotics Challenge Trials Preview Meeting (Oct. 18)

The DARPA Robotics Challenge Trials Preview Meeting will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia collocated with Humanoids 2013 (Academy of Medicine in Atlanta, GA). The purpose of this meeting is to provide further details on the upcoming DRC Trials being held in December 2013 in Homestead, FL.

This event is open to all audiences! However, seating is limited to 80 "general attendees" and all attendees are required to register separately from the Humanoids Conference at:

The morning will begin with presentations by DARPA covering details of the Qualification visits as well as details on the DRC Trials. Following the lunch break, DRC funded teams will give brief presentations about their current approaches. Only DARPA funded DRC Teams are eligible to participate in sidebars and oral presentations that are described on the registration website.

In addition to DRC Trial participants, the general session audience will include members of the general public and media. The date and location have been selected to collocate the DRC Trials Preview Meeting with Humanoids 2013 conference.
