Presentation Styles

There will be two types of presentations: Lecture and Interactive. Both presentations are considered equal in quality and the lecture format was selected primarily based on conference topics.

  • Lecture Presentations have an allocated time-slot of 12 minutes with 3 minutes for audience questions in the Theater of the conference. Audience questions and discussion must fit into the 15 minute time frame. Speakers should bring and prepare a laptop with their slides and be ready to display over a VGA cable.

  • Interactive Presentations will be held in the Magnolia room. Each presenter will be given a large LCD monitor (32" at least). There will be at most 15 interactive presentations during each 1 hour presentation slot. Speakers should bring a laptop with their slides and be prepared to display over a VGA cable.
