AMMT manufactures tools and systems for wet-chemical etching of silicon, glass and quartz. AMMT offers wafer holders for anisotropic and isotropic single-side wet etching of wafers, substrates, and even individual chips. Our production line comprises also complete systems for electrochemical etch-stop, IR-spectroscopy etch-stop, porous silicon formation, small to medium scale wet benches and fume-hoods, electroplating systems, and vapor-phase release techniques for surface micromachining.
