Federation University Gippsland – IEEE-ICT Conference Venue
The Gippsland Campus is located in the township of Churchill in the foothills of the Strzelecki Ranges. It is within easy driving distance of Victoria's Mt Baw Baw, white water rivers and coastal parks, including Wilson's Promontory and Gippsland Lakes as well as Tarra Bulga National Park, a spectacular temperate rainforest that is home to giant mountain ash trees and lyrebirds.
The 160-kilometre drive from Melbourne to the campus takes about two hours, heading east on the Princes Highway, or just over two hours by train.
The Gippsland Campus is driven by a fundamental imperative - to improve outcomes and increase opportunities for individuals, their families and the communities they create.
Through education, research and innovation, our work responds to global trends and local needs, helping ensure the prosperity, productivity and sustainability of Gippsland, now and in future.
