Divani Caravel Hotel reservations
It is highly recommended that registered participants make reservations at the Divani Caravel hotel, the conference venue. The Hotel has gone through major innovation and it is a ‘must’ to see and enjoy.
The conference rates (see below) include full breakfast, which is a superb buffet complete meal (BB).
Further on, the participants who make room reservations at the Divani Caravel, will also receive a complementary box lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (Please note that the conference registration fee does not include lunch.)
If you would like to extend your stay during the weekend before / after the conference, and enjoy Athens and the Greek Islands, please make reservations as soon as possible, and no later than September 1, 2020.
All reservations at the Divani Caravel hotel for ICUAS will have free cancellation policy till 48 hours before the arrival.

Please book your room at the conference venue, the Divani Caravel Hotel, by using the following link:

At the top of the page (light blue box, shown below), the special booking code UAS2020 is already applied.
Note: If you start your booking from the main Divani Caravel Hotel online reservation site, instead of the reservation link above, you can manually add the booking code ICUAS2020 by selecting the “Booking code” button.
In order to access the special negotiated rates, enter your arrival/departure date as well as the number of rooms and adults per room.
Proceed with the booking according to your needs.
Cut-off date for hotel reservation – NEW!
Attendees can enter their booking till [new date] September 1, 2020, which is the cut-off date. After this date, any additional new bookings can be made offline by direct communication with the hotel and will be subject to hotel’s availability.
