Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy: MED'14 is a four day event, starting with Workshop/Tutorial sessions (day 1), followed by a three day Conference (days 2-4).

• 60 days or more before MED'14: – 100% refund except credit card processing fees.
• 30-59 days before MED'14: 50% refund except credit card processing fees.
• Less than 30 days before MED'14: – No refund

Cancellation and Refund:(by writing to DGMP)

• No later than 30 April 2014: – Total cancellation is possible, without any penalty. Nothing will be charged except for the handling fee of € 20,00 per room, which will not be refunded.
• Between 30th April and 25th May 2014: – The first night and the reservation fee of € 20,00 per cancelled room will be charged
• After 25th May: – cancellations or no-shows will be charged for the whole booked period.
