Science Kits for Public Libraries - An IEEE - Region 4 project. Understanding that not all children have access to high quality Science Educations due to underfunding, resource allocations, poverty, or any other social or economic condition, the Science Kits for Public Libraries program raises capital to provide grants for public libraries to purchase science kits and offer them as a lending service for use of the community. select here for information.
