If you are a citizen of one of the countries listed in the U.S.A. visa waiver program*, or you currently hold a valid visa to the United States, you do not have to request a visa invitation letter. However, if you need an invitation letter to receive a visa to participate in the conference, you must send the following information to kros@kros.org:

1) Given and last names as they appear on your passport
2) Conference registration number
3) Paper submission number
4) Country of citizenship
5) Passport number
6) Affiliation
7) Home address
8) Phone number
9) Email address

*The following are countries in the U.S.A. visa waiver program: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgim, Brunei, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom**

**Only citizens of the United Kingdom who have unrestricted right of permanent abode in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man are eligible to travel under the visa waiver program
