07.08.2020
AMC2020 is switched to fully virtual online event.
16.03.2020
Health conditions and safety of the participants are top priorities for AMC2020. Due to the situation evolving and governmental regulations in force, AMC2020 is postponed to 14-16.09.2020, after IES-IEEE approval from 16.03.2020. All accepted papers are IEEE copyright and most of the accepted papers have already registered. The remaining accepted papers still need to be registered in order to be included into AMC2020 conference proceeding and, after presentation, into IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
In addition to regular technical sessions, AMC2020 will include organized special
sessions which provide opportunity to focus on specific topics and areas
or cutting edge developments, all to be associated with topics of interest
of the motion control. Special sessions can also have the drive from the large
specific R&D projects or clusters of projects like, for example, EU-funded
cross-disciplinary projects with strong academic background.

ORGANIZATION OF SPECIAL SESSIONS

promote it for attracting sufficient number of the papers.
All paper submissions in special sessions will go through the standard
review process of IEEE-IES conferences. The organizers of special sessions will
receive access to the manuscript submission system and must perform and monitor
the review process. Any conflicts of interests, equally as own submissions
in the special session, must be declared by the organizers. After the review process,
the organizers of special sessions provide recommendation based on the reviews,
while the final decision is made by the group of AMC2020 special session Co-Chairs
and general Co-Chairs.
Following must be taken into account for the approved special sessions:
A special session must have at least 5 papers after the review process. Special sessions with
less accepted papers will be merged with regular technical sessions in the final program.
An individual cannot be (co-)author of more than two papers in the same special session.
Papers from organizers cannot exceed 60% of the content of special session.
Special session organizers will be assigned in the final program to chair the special session.
