We, the organizer are committed to protect the personal data of the users. Your personal identifiable data will be collected via this form only when you submit an abstract for the 4th IEEE Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing Conference 2020 (EDTM2020), hereinafter, referred to as the “Conference.”
Without the users' consent, we will not share such data for the purpose other than operation and management of the Conference, responding to the inquiries from the authors for the Conference, offering the Conference information to the users, except for the personal data collected in connection with other websites.
We keep your personal data as long as there is a statutory or legal requirement to do so or in order to provide the aforementioned services to you. For the future activities we may retain your personal data for a period of time after the Conference.
For smooth operation of the Conference, we are entrusting the operations of collecting, storing, managing and handling personal data for the Conference to the following company who act as the Secretariat and Abstract Submission Office (hereinafter the "Secretariat") under a confidentiality agreement.
In case there is an error in your personal data collected for the Conference, please inform the Secretariat to have it corrected or deleted.
Offering personal information is voluntary, but please note that without offering the necessary data, we may be unable to process your submission and registration.
