REGISTRATION FEES:

PAYMENT IS MADE IN US DOLLARS ONLY

Conference registration fee includes: access to Technical Sessions, Welcome Reception, Opening Ceremony, Gala Dinner, Lunches, Coffee Breaks and the Conference Bag (with a copy of the CD-ROM Proceedings, Conference Program and others useful materials).

*) Registration for accompanying persons includes: access to Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner, as well as a bag with useful materials.

It is expected that at least ONE author of each paper will register and pay the appropriate fee before an accepted paper will be released for publication in the 2009 PowerTech Proceedings or scheduled for presentation during the 2009 PowerTech technical sessions. A paper may be registered as student only if all authors are students.

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be in writing and received by 1 June, 2009. A 70 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price. No refunds will be accepted after 1 June, 2009.
