IEEE WCCI 2014 Student Activities

A student reception has been scheduled for the evening of July 8, 2014, from 19:00 to 20:30. Please come to join other students and IEEE CIS leaders for a rememberable evening!

 

Call for volunteers:

 

We are pleased to announce the Student Volunteer Program for IEEE WCCI 2014. Student participation is a valuable contribution to the congress and student volunteers will support WCCI organizers in Beijing. A limited number of complimentary technical program registrations will be available for students who volunteer during the congress.
The volunteer program is intended either for local students or for foreign students who have already other sources of funding to travel to Beijing. If you are also seeking travel funds, you may apply for the IEEE CIS travel grant program.
There is a limited number of volunteer positions and preference is given to students who are actively participating in IEEE WCCI 2014 with accepted papers or posters. However, all eligible students are encouraged to apply.

Each applicant should:

submit a Volunteer Application Form to wcci2014@gmail.com with the Subject: WCCI 2014 volunteer application (First_name Last_name), and

email a signed letter of recommendation of his/her supervisor no later than May 4, 2014.

A decision will be sent by May 30, 2014.
