Description - On this tour, we will visit two World Heritage Sites. In the morning, we begin at the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Description - This is an unforgettable sightseeing experience to two of the most famous scenic spots in the north of Beijing. Our first stop is the sacred Ming Tombs – the imperial burial grounds of the Ming dynasty, where we will explore the Changling Tomb, the largest and best preserved of the 13 tombs. After lunch, we will visit the Badaling section of the Great Wall – a monumental feat of ancient Chinese engineering. Here, we will see the best preserved section of this 8,000 kilometer long structure, and have the opportunity to climb up either the north or south face of the wall. During the day we will stop at a Jade Factory, where we will learn about the 5,000 year culture of Chinese jade. On the way back, we will stop to enjoy a traditional tea ceremony in the relaxing atmosphere of a tea house.

IMPORTANT NOTES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

On receiving your booking form, we shall write back an e-mail to acknowledge your booking with a confirmation number and remind you the payment method within 48 hours.

On receiving your payment, your confirmation number is validated.

Deadline for any on site booking is 3 pm one day in advance, subject to availability.

Lunch included in the tour package is taken at local Chinese restaurant, 8-10 person share one round table. One glass of soft drink is included for each meal. Please tell us your special request on meals on the booking form.

English speaking guide service provided for all tours.

For any Beijing tours, no show notice arriving 72 hours in advance results in 80% refund (except for the service fee charged by the bank), later than that causes no refund.

For multiple cities tours, no show notice arriving 30 days in advance results in 80% refund (except for the service fee charged by the bank), later than that but 72 hours in advance causes only 20% refund and later than that causes no refund. July is the peak time for domestic tours, due to limited flight seats and beds in hotels, we don’t accept booking on site. Please note that the accommodation in Beijing on the last day of the tour is not included. People dismissed at Beijing International Convention Center.

Accommodation cancellation policy: as July is the peak time for domestic tours and large scale conventions, we have limited numbers of rooms in each hotel. First come, first served. We cannot guarantee the availability of any room in these hotels before you receive our confirmation letter. On receiving the confirmation letter, please remit your payment before 30th, May, 2014. Written notice arriving later than 1st, June but before 25th, June causes one night accommodation fee charged. Later arrival or earlier check out will causes no refund. To prolong the staying period, we shall provide our best rates according to the occupation situation of the hotel.
