Volunteer Opportunities
Getting involved with your Chapter as a
Volunteer can be a rewarding experience. Top 3 reasons for why you
should Volunteer for your Chapter: 1) In your professional life, what may set you apart as a Leader, more than your professional skills, is how many people know you and how many of them can relate with your name. A Volunteer involvement such as one with your IEEE, CT Computer Society Chapter may provide you with that leadership opportunity. 2) To many, Volunteer activities come as means to a healthy personal life. Most likely they wanted to be away from their spouse for sometime! 3) Quite likely your Boss had a Volunteer position too. Did you say "NO WAY" - that's probably the reason why he is not yet his Boss's boss... Please contact us to discuss a Volunteer opportunity in your chapter! s.r at computer.org |
