Presentation Title and Abstract: "Low-Code by Design Framework: How No-/Low-Code platforms Accelerate Digital
Transformation and HealthCare Innovation" by
Harikishnan Muthukrishnan
Across industries, and especially in healthcare, digital transformation is outpacing what traditional coding alone can deliver.
No-code and low-code platforms now enable business and IT to co-create securely at speed, transforming AI from a lab exercise
into operational value: chatbots that actually resolve issues, predictive insights that guide care and cost, and automated
workflows that remove friction for patients and teams. Building on this momentum, I introduce
Low-Code by Design, a disciplined five-stage framework for AI-ready, regulated-grade platforms:
Integration by Design (governed APIs and zero-copy data),
Secure by Design (zero-trust access, policy-aware masking, DevSecOps),
Performance & Observability by Design
(SLOs, OpenTelemetry, evidence-as-a-product), Low-Code AI by Design (copilots, AutoML connectors, responsible prompts,
MLSecOps), and HPC by Design (AI/HPC acceleration for near-real-time decisions). Through real-world examples, from small
firms to enterprise healthcare, you’ll see how these practices shorten time-to-value while strengthening compliance,
reliability, and auditability. We’ll close with pragmatic artifacts (governance checklists, CI/CD stages, telemetry schemas)
and a 90-day rollout playbook so the organization can ship faster
with proof: proved security, proved reliability, and proved impact.
