I will post your report as a Adobe document, so your formatting will be preserved without publishing possible private information.

To make sure your committee reports can be read by all council members and make it easier for me to put them on line, please follow these guidelines:

• Condense your report to the equivalent of one text page of information.
• Remember reports are a one-writer, many reader situation so please expend the extra effort for the benefit of other members.
• Try to avoid attachments wherever possible.
• Remember your report will be part of the permanent record. Use web links carefully. Remember they may be changed with time. Your report should not loose it's meaning if a referenced URL is changed or discontinued.

Please email all other submissions directly to in either text ,HTML, Adobe PDF, or Microsoft Word format. Allow approximately 10 days for me to format and upload your information.
