Information for Authors beyond Asia-Pacific Region (IEEE R10) |
If you are an author of any mnuscript selected
for presented at the symposium and are
geographically located beyond IEEE's Region 10
(Asia Pacific Region), you can avail the
facility of web-conference for presenting you
paper at the symposium, on the live scheduled
session.
Please remember to fill in the
complete registration form as available on the
website on selection of your submission, and pay
the necessary registration charges, while opting
for web-conference facility. This facility is
extended only to author(s) currently registered
as student in an academic institutions, and the
request should accompany a forwarding letter
from the current institutional academic referee
stating that the author(s) would not be able to
attend the event in person and would request
this service.
Note:
This facility is restricted for emergency usage
only, and will under no circumstances be
extended to any participant within geographical
proximity of India and within IEEE Region 10
(Asia Pacific Region).
