IEEE REGION 8 STUDENT SUPPORT

Student members may get a voucher for up to $30 to be used for their 2004 membership renewal. The guidelines for this support are as follows:

• Student members of IEEE residing in Region 8 are eligible for this support.
• To get this support, a student must register for ICIP’03 and actually pay conference registration fees.

Support cannot be provided in advance.
The form of support is a voucher issued by the Regional Student Activities Chair. The voucher cannot be converted to money, but it can be used as a payment for the 2004 membership renewal.

Applications must be made individually.

The application should include:
1. The member name, IEEE membership number, and mailing address
2. The proof of payment of the conference registration fee and brief descriptive report about the conference.
3. The proof of attendance (like badge, attendee list, certificate issued by the Secretary, etc.)
