1. Getting together teachers and students from more than 40 universities in one place, to ensure exchange of ideas about technical - EE education in the 21st Century.

2. Paper presentation on subject of technical - EE education in 21st Century and how various curriculums in the field of EE in the region meet Educational Standards.

3. Preparing a Draft program of Academic exchange of students in the region and a draft program of IEEE Student Branches Activities and Cooperation.

4. Preparing a Draft program of IEEE Student Branches Activities and Cooperation.

5. Establishing an organizing committee for "IEEE South Eastern Europe Games in Electrical Engineering (IEEE-SEEGEE) ". (Kind of Olympic Games, but in knowledge). Representatives of participating universities would compete in knowledge in fundamental sciences: Mathematics, Physics, Electric Circuits and in Sports. Similar event, know as "Elektrijada", was practiced in Former Yugoslavia and it was very popular. Experiences in organizing Elektrijada could significantly benefit to organizing IEEE-SEGEE.
