Members of the Executives Board of the IEEE Student Branches or young students with specific plans for improving cooperation among the IEEE Student Branches on international level are specially encouraged to participate. All participants will receive a certificate of the Colorado Technical University which will be officially recognized as a part of the course of the Master Degree Program at the Colorado Tech.
