Registration
Registrations for IROS are done through PaperPlaza. Please read all of the information below first.
You must register before you can submit a final paper.
When you register, you will have the option to express a preference for your Monday night Explore Chicago social event. Please check here for availability. If you sign up for an event that is no longer available, you will be assigned to another event.

Registrations include the registration kit, technical sessions, coffee breaks, receptions, the conference proceedings, the Monday night Explore Chicago social event, and the banquet at the Art Institute of Chicago. Payments are only possible by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). After September 10, pre-registration is closed, and you will have to register onsite.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: You may cancel any item, with the exception of a registration that was used to submit a final paper upload, with a $100 processing fee until August 4. After August 4, no refunds will be processed. Refunds will be provided after the conference.
