It will be included with your registration packet. You can see every talk happening during a session by looking at just two facing pages; no flipping around! This should simplify your conference planning.
Workshops and tutorials begin at 8:30 AM and end at 5:00 PM. Each day of the main conference sessions begins at 8:00 AM. Speakers in the Speaking Rooms (Grand, State, Red Lacquer) in session "Speaking n" will move to the Interactive Salons for interactive presentations during the next time slot for "Interactive n" (while speaking sessions "Speaking n+1" are occurring).
