Registration for IROS 2020 On-Demand is free.
For those who already registered on Cvent, you have already been automatically signed-up for On-Demand; you have nothing else to do. All others must sign-up:

(09/07/20): IROS 2020 will not be held in-person. The safety and well-being of our participants is our priority. With the continued resurgence of COVID-19 within the State of Nevada, in particular Las Vegas, along with the city’s prohibiting large or even moderately-sized public gatherings, it makes it an impossibility to hold the in-person event as originally planned.
Instead, IROS On-Demand will be the platform to enjoyable and easily access IROS content anywhere, anytime, with any device. IROS On-Demand will be released Oct 25, 2020 and content will be available for 1-month minimum. More details will be released over the next few weeks.
If you made hotel reservations, we suggest you cancel them since the in-person format will not be held.
Covid-19 Notice: As of July 8, 2020, health and safety uncertainties remain. Vegas hotels began phased openings (e.g. limited occupancies) early June, implementing CDC and Nevada state safety guidelines (e.g. deep cleaning, masks, and social distancing). Some hotels (e.g. The LINQ) are scheduled to open in late July.
For the IROS discounted group rate please use this booking link (with Booking ID: SCIEE0). Due to phased openings, the booking defaults to Harrahs Las Vegas. But as phases succeed and IROS approaches one will be able to choose the desired hotel (Caesars Palace, Harrahs, Flamingo or The LINQ). Currently, all books are fully-refundable/cancellable. Please note that October-November is traditionally the most booked months of the year.

There are IROS 2020 discounted group rates at 4 hotels (green boxes in the map figure above). Use booking ID SCIEE0 (for any of these 4 hotels) for the discounted rate. These hotels are are within walking distance to the IROS 2020 venue (The Caesars Forum Convention Center).
Reservations must be made by September 23, 2020 17:00 PST. Once room blocks are sold out, the hotels will offer rooms/rates based upon availability. Echoing the Home Page (FAQ (URL), the Organizational Committee will announce final conference format (e.g. in-person, hybrid, virtual, etc) in early September (7-weeks prior to IROS).
The hotels may require a one-night deposit in advance, by credit card, to guarantee a reservation. Please review the hotel's cancellation and refund policy when making your reservation.
