All technical presentations at AIM 2019 will have the same organization. Each speaker is allocated 15 minutes for your talk, including the time for Q&A and for the change over between speakers, so please aim for no more than 12 minutes for the presentation itself. 

Please bring your slides on your own laptop. You need to meet the chair of your session at the podium 10 minutes before the start of the session and check that the laptop projects correctly. For the auditorium, a projector will be available using the aspect ratio 16:9 with an HDMI connection. For Halls 04-07 and the meeting rooms, projectors will be available using the aspect ratio 4:3 with a VGA connection.
