Registration
Conference registrations include the registration packet, access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet, Farewell Party, and the conference e-proceedings.
Workshop and tutorial registrations include only access to workshops and tutorials, and the coffee breaks during the workshops and tutorials on Monday July 8. It is possible to register for workshops and tutorials without registering for the conference.
"Early" registration ends on May 31, 2019. "Regular" registration rates apply from June 1 till June 26, 2019, and "Onsite" rates from June 27 to July 12, 2019.
Registration for AIM 2019 is now open at PaperPlaza. All fees are listed in USD. For inquiries about AIM 2019 registration, please contact [email protected].
For authors of multiple papers:
• Student registrations may submit one paper.
• All other registrations may submit two papers.
*For student registrations, please present your student ID or other supporting documents at the registration desk.

Invitation Letter
Participants may need invitation letters for VISA application. For authors, please login in the final paper submission link at https://ras.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl. In the workspace, click on the last column which will open a menu, from where you can download the acceptance letter. For non-authors, please send your registration confirmation to [email protected] to request the letter.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat in writing to [email protected].
- Refunds will be made if cancellation of the conference registration occurs by May 30, 2019, with administration cost of US$100. For cancellation of the workshops and tutorials registration by May 30, 2019, a full refund less US$20 to cover the administration cost will be made.
- No refunds will be made after May 30, 2019 or for no shows.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
