The 2019 IEEE International Conference on Real-time Computing and Robotics (IEEE RCAR 2019) will be held in Irkutsk, Russia on August 4 to 9, 2019. The scope of this conference covers researches, developments and applications in dynamic and exciting areas of real-time computing and robotics. And RCAR 2019 will continue to offer an international forum for the researchers in robotics, mechatronics, control engineering and other related areas to share their latest results, innovative applications, perspectives of future developments, and to explore the opportunities of cross-border collaborations. Irkutsk is the administrative center of Irkutsk Oblast, Russia, and is located about 66 km west to the Lake Baikal. Lake Baikal, the pearl of Siberia, is the deepest and largest freshwater lake by volume in the world and is also a geographical region with an impressive range of experiences to offer. August would be the most comfortable time in Irkutsk and spectacular lakeside of Lake Baikal, and RCAR 2019 hopes and promises to be a great event for all participants with excellent technical and social programs.
