IEEE RCAR is one of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society’s conferences for robotics researchers to present and discuss their work.
The conference will include plenary sessions, keynote sessions, contributed paper sessions, workshops and tutorial sessions.
Papers are organized into 75-minute sessions of 5 papers or 90-minute sessions of 6 papers. All oral sessions will have the same organization: 15-minute for each paper, suggested as a 12-minute talk and 3-minute Q&A. Please arrive in the session room at least five minutes before the session begins and be sure to let the session chairs know you are there.
The poster format is paper posters of A3 size with portrait orientation. Presenters need to print and bring the paper posters by yourselves. Displays are NOT available. Your poster must be up at least ten minutes before the session begins. Volunteers will be available to help you from 30-minute before to the start of each session in the Foyer, 2F floor. Please take down your poster at the end of your session. Your poster should stay up the entire session to give it as much exposure as possible. And at least one author of the poster paper should be around where attendees can ask you questions and engage in any interactive discussion.
