After you make the payment, please return the IEEE-RCAR REGISTRATION FORM to ieee.rcar@gmail.com to complete your registration. For instructions on visa and invitation letter, please visit the Official Letters of Invitation for Visa Purposes page.

Conference Registration

Conference fees include admission to final paper uploading, technical sessions, workshops and tutorials, the conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome receptions, banquet and farewell party.
Advance registration is required in order to upload the final materials of accepted contributions before May 10, 2019.
A regular conference registration can be used to upload at most 2 contributions. A student conference registration can be used to upload 1 contribution. A new registration is needed, if the upload limit is exceeded.
To complete a student registration, please send a copy of your valid student ID card to the conference secretaries by email: ieee.rcar@gmail.com .
If you are a Life Member, please contact the conference secretaries by email: ieee.rcar@gmail.com for approval prior to uploading any papers.
The standard page limit for each final paper is 6 pages. Final paper can exceed the limit up to only 8 pages, at a surcharge of HKD800($100) per extra page.
Due to the capacity limitation, extra banquet ticket will be subject to availability. Please consult at the on-site Registration Desk.

Refunds will be ONLY made if cancellation occurs before and on May 10, with processing fee of HKD800($100).
No refunds will be made after May 10 or for no shows.
In any cases, no refunds will be made if your registration is used to upload your final submission(s) for RCAR 2019.
To cancel your registration, please notify the secretariat by Email: ieee.rcar@gmail.com. And all refunds will be issued within 90 days after the conference.
