How to register to ICRA 2013?
The online registration via the conference registration system is closed now (May, 2, 12:00 CET). You will be able to register on-site at counters in in the foyer of the “Stadthalle”. You can pay the registration fee using Master, VISA, American Express and EC card. The opening times of the counters can be found on the Onsite Information page.
The fees for conference, workshops/tutorials and extra pages are shown below. The cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of this page.

*In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors has to register in advance until February 11, 2013. Authors registered as student are allowed to upload 1 contribution. With a regular registration up to 2 contributions can be registered. If you want to upload more contributions, a new registration is needed. Six pages incuding figures in standard IEEE conference paper format are allowed for each paper. You can purchase a maximum of two additional pages for each contribution at an extra fee of 150 EUR per page.
**In order to register as a student, register via the regular registration form as a student attendant. You will receive a confirmation mail for your registration. Send this mail together with a confirmation document of your student status. Such confirmation document can be a) copy of your enrollment or b) copy of your student card or c) official letter from your institution in English stating that have a student status. Please send the confirmation document to student@icra2013.org.

To register for a workshop or tutorial, you should either
- Regsiter for the conference and for workshops/tutorials if you plan to attend the main conference and the workshops/tutorials days (Monday and Friday) or
- Buy “One-day ticket” if you plan to attend only one of the workshops/tutorials days and not the main conference. In this case you do not need to pay the Workshops/Tutorials fee.
Cancellation Policy
Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 100€ on or before March 31, 2013 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final contribution to ICRA 2013, it can’t be refunded. On or after April 1, 2013, the registration fee can’t be refunded. All refunds will be made after the conference.
