CONFERENCE FORMAT: FULLY IN PERSON

• With the easing of travel and quarantine measures in Singapore and worldwide, the conference will be held in person. This means that there will be no live streaming or specific fee for virtual registration.
• At the time of the conference, if there are still travel restrictions for your country, provision will be provided for the author to upload a video/poster of their presentation and do the presentation remotely.

AUTHOR INFORMATION

• The page limit for each paper is 6 pages. Up to two additional pages will be permitted for an additional charge of S$200 per page.
• Each regular registration covers up to 2 paper uploads.
• Student registration allows only 1 paper upload.

SPECIAL RATES QUALIFICATION

• IEEE Member / IEEE RAS Member must have a valid membership with IEEE / IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) at the time of registration and remain valid for the dates of the Conference.
• Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status (certificate template) during registration.
• Inability to produce valid proof upon request will deem your registration invalid and fees forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations before 10 March 2023 will incur a 50% refund fee. 
• Should you be unable to attend last minute, you may choose to transfer your registration to someone else. Authors transferring registration will have to ensure that the other person is also an author of your paper(s) registered.
• The deadline for any changes is 17 March 2023.
