Conference & Hotel Registration Information

Registration for both the conference and the Sheraton Civic Center Hotel can be done through the web by accessing the IEEE Registration Links:

Registration via the Link must be made prior to midnight April 8, 2002 or by returning the enclosed forms to IEEE, either by fax or mail, following the instructions on the forms.

The conference registration fee schedule is as follows:

Hotel registration is $115.00 per day for standard rooms. A limited number of Student Block Rooms are available at $79.00 per day.

Full conference registration fee includes the Welcoming Reception, Luncheons on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; the banquet on Tuesday evening; and the Conference Proceedings in electronic(CD) form. Reduced rate Student and Life Member fees do not include the Welcome Reception, banquet, nor the luncheons. STUDENTS MUST BE FULL-TIME AND PROVIDE A VALID UNIVERSITY ID AT THE REGISTRATION DESK WHEN OBTAINING CONFERENCE MATERIALS.

The IEEE Registration Desk, to be located on the first floor of the convention center, will be open during the following hours:

A registration packet, containing all needed materials and local information will be given to each attendee at the Registration Desk during its operating hours.

Computers for reading CD Proceedings will be available in the registration area during regular conference hours. Printed (hard copy) Conference Proceedings can be purchased at pre-registration for an additional cost of $100.00 and must be picked up by the registrant at the conference. After the conference, copies of the printed Proceedings may be purchased at a price set by the IEEE by directly contacting:
