The IEEE Vehicular Technology Society's conference to be held in Birmingham, Alabama on May 6 through May 9 is a unique opportunity. At this conference, communications and automotive related companies can participate and also be visibly recognized for their encouragement and financial support. These companies have two opportunities of participation -- exhibits and sponsorship. Information on sponsorship is shown below.

There are six levels of sponsorship:

All contributors will be identified by an insert in the official program that conferees will refer to throughout the conference. In addition, Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors will be identified by levels of sponsorship with Company names prominently shown on banners at the registration location and at luncheons. Sponsors of the meals or coffee breaks will be clearly identified at the sponsored function by posters. Other additional methods of showing appreciation to sponsors is being planned -- such as projecting sponsoring companies names, level of sponsorship and logos on a screen at various events.
