We are excited to offer telepresence options for attending HRI 2018 remotely. We will have two options available.

    1. Thanks to Suitable Technologies, we will have two BeamPro telepresence devices. These will allow attending talks as well as talking to attendees during breaks and going around poster sessions and demos.
    2. In addition, we will stream the talk sessions via a Zoom meeting. Please fill out this form (https://goo.gl/forms/GILGnH3t1qQtViMB2) with your interest in attending HRI 2018 via telepresence.  You will receive emailed instructions on how to log in for your selected sessions shortly after you fill out the form.

Please note that our complimentary telepresence is dependent on adequate wifi connectivity. We cannot guarantee that telepresence will always be available or that the video/audio will be consistent.

Lastly, please note that the conference is held in Chicago, IL, USA.  Therefore, take into account time differences when signing up for sessions.  You can find the complete program here.
