EDTM2020 Virtual Conference Sessions

• - In order to access the Virtual Sessions, you must have a paid registration to EDTM2020.
• - The virtual conference starts from 18:00 on April 5 (US Pacific Time) and runs for 2 weeks.
• - The conference will be a collection all presentations, posters, and sponsors posted online.

The virtual conference sessions contains the links to access each Virtual Session room. To enter a Session, simply click on the link and enter the Registration Email used for your Conference Registration. Please note that it must match the email address in your confirmation email or you will be unable to access the Session.
The duration of the event will run for 2 weeks, beginning from 18:00 on April 5 (US Pacific Time), with all sessions being available on-demand.

During your virtual conference experience, be sure to utilize the engagement widgets within the online platform. The online platform features two types of ways to communicate with speakers and other attendees. The purple Q&A button at the bottom of your screen allows you to submit questions directly to the presenter. Please ensure you include the paper title or number for which you are referring to in your question. The blue Chat button is an interactive group chat. This will save all of your communications within the chat dialogue. Use this to have a direct conversation with whomever may be watching the videos at the same time as you. If you are an author in a specified session, please check this group chat every so often to be able to answer any questions asked of you.

In addition, many conference resources, assets, information and useful collateral are accessible within each Session’s Resource list.
