All authors are required to upload their paper to the on-line paper submission system. Please prepare your paper in both MS Word and PDF format for the submission. When you download the paper template as below, you can see the format of papers in detail and check how to make papers appropriately.

*The submitted paper will either be accepted or rejected based on technical merits evaluated by peer reviewers. The accepted paper might be reassigned to oral or poster presentations of appropriate topical sessions at the discretion of program committee.

• - If you want to withdraw your submitted paper, you have to email to IEEE EDTM 2023 Secretariat (edtm2023@edtm2023.org).
• - At least, one author of each accepted papers must complete his/her registration and the registration fee otherwise the papers will be withdrawn from the proceedings publication.

Paper Submission Procedure

  Click the "On-line Paper Submission" button.

• STEP 2
  

  Obtain your ID and PW.

• STEP 3
  

  Submit your paper in both MS Word and PDF format.

• STEP 4
  

  After the paper submission, the corresponding author will receive the confirmation letter from the IEEE EDTM 2023 secretariat within a week by e-mail.

• - If you have not received the confirmation letter within one week, please feel free to contact us
    (E-mail: edtm2023@edtm2023.org / Tel: +82-42-472-7460).
• - In order to view or modify the submitted paper, you need to click "Modify" button after login with your ID and PW. If you have a problem to find your ID and PW, please feel free to contact us via e-mail (edtm2023@edtm2023.org).

IEEE Copyright Form

Upon acceptance of your IEEE EDTM2023 paper, an electronic IEEE copyright form (eCF) is compulsory and must be submitted online via the Paper Submission site above. For more information about IEEE Copyright, please refer to the IEEE Copyright Policy site.
