Video of Presentation
We request you to prepare and upload a video of your presentation no later than February 20. Unfortunately, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency for a pandemic in the greater Tokyo area. As a result, ICM will move from hybrid to full online conference. In the sessions, we will play pre-recorded videos and make discussions in Zoom. The videos that are not received by the deadline, will be considered "no-shows" in accordance with the IEEE non-presented paper policy. The details of how to make and upload the video will be informed until late January.Manuscript Submission Guideline
Instructions for AuthorsPapers must be written in English. Full paper length (up to 6 proceedings pages), including figures, are allowed for each paper. Papers should follow the IEEE double-column format (A4 size) for ICM2021. All submissions are peer reviewed.

Detailed guidelines for creating manuscripts are found here:
Prospective authors are expected to submit only their own original works that is currently not under review somewhere else. The conference will verify the originality of manuscripts by comparing them with millions of other articles in databases worldwide. Manuscripts that violate IEEE's publication principles may be rejected. If the violation is deemed severe, then disciplinary actions may also be taken by IEEE.
