*1: Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of conference and not to be students who have a full-time job. Students are required to submit a scanned image file (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID via online registration form.

Registration Requirement for Paper Presentation
For the papers to be presented at the conference, authors should meet the following conditions:1. Either presenting author or any of co-authors should complete "Registration (A) Attendance with one final paper upload" registration and payment by January 31st, 2021 (PST).
* If any of the co-authors is registered by Registration (A), the presenting author also requires the Registration (B).
2. One Registration (A) only covers one paper.
3. If an author is to submit more than one paper, discounted rate (JPY 15,000) will apply to second (or more) paper. Please apply for them by choosing [Additional Paper] on the registration form.
Payment
Payment should be made in Japanese yen and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB) only.* Receipt can be downloaded from your personal page.
Confirmation
After you complete on-line registration, confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically. If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.Changes of Registration
