Updates (as of May 7th, 2011)
The IEEE Toronto Section Systems Council Chapter will be hosting their inaugural event. Robert Inkol, from Defence Research and Development Canada presents: "The Development of Defence Electronics Systems - A Personal Perspective", Monday, May 9, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. Click for details.

Please note that the fee for extra pages beyond the 4 page limit is $75 per page. We will accept papers up to a limit of 6 pages.

Regarding VISA letters, conference registration is required prior to requesting a VISA invitation letter. The registration fees are not refundable. Please send your request to: Please include your full name, address, passport number and date of birth. We will send you the electronic copy of the invitation letter once complete.

The notifications of acceptances have been sent out by e-mail. We thank you for your patience in this matter. In addition, we have posted registration information, and have updated the Paper Kit for formatting your camera-ready papers for IEEE Xplore. Please ensure that you read these instructions carefully.

The deadline to receive full length papers has been extended by one (1) week. The new due date is now January 14th, 2011. Please note that there will be no further extensions made, and this date is firm.

The instructions on where to submit your paper have been made more clear, and are now posted in a separate webpage. Please check the above link for more details using the above navigation bar.

Please note that you are now required to pay the appropriate registration fee (more information later), in addition to being present at the conference to present your paper, in order for your paper to be published on IEEE Xplore.
