Extra paper upload for regular registration is possible at an additional charge of 400 CAN$ per paper.
Students must submit a copy of their student ID, scanned and submitted via the online registration site.
Accompanying persons are entitled to attend the welcome reception, banquet and farewell party.

Students must submit a copy of their student ID, scanned and submitted via the online registration site.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference Secretariat at humanoids2019-registration@icsevents.com. Cancellations of the “Conference” registration made by 18 September 2019 will result in a full refund less CAD 150 to cover administration costs. Cancellations of the “Workshop/Tutorial Day” registration made by 18 September 2019 will result in a full refund less CAD 75 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 18 September 2019 without incurring any cost penalty. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
Refunds for cancellations received after 18 September 2019 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Canada does not constitute a reason to request a refund.
