Accommodation
The Congress Bureau, Meetagain, has reserved a number of rooms in a selection of different hotels in Stockholm. The congress venue can be easily reached by public transportation or by foot from all these hotels. Booking accommodation through Meetagain will be beneficial for delegates as we have negotiated special congress rates, attractive cancellation terms and conditions.
Please book rooms early, as May is tourist season in Stockholm and rooms might prove difficult to get.

Our hotel lobby and restaurant were refurbished in 2012/2013 in a modern and stylish design. Meeting and conference venues are available for up to 200 participants. As a guest you´ll have access to free Wi-Fi. If you want to give yourself some attention, why not try our newly renovated gym and sauna? The breakfast buffet is served in the hotel’s atrium courtyard, which has a similar feel to Gamla Stan. The roof is retractable, which is especially appreciated when enjoying your morning coffee in the summer. (Scandic Klara does not serve alcohol.)

Clarion Hotel Sign

The inspiration for this concept, as one might imagine from the name, is taken from the U.S. We were inspired and influenced by the diversity found in the art, food culture, literature and music of America. In mid-May we opened our new restaurant, Kitchen & Table Kungsholmen in cooperation with Marcus Samuelsson. Drop by Fun Dining at Lucky No.13 any time, where we combine Kungsholmen and Manhattan, both islands equally special, so it goes without saying that a combination must be something out of the ordinary. One of Stockholm’s best hotel bars can also be found here, where you can enjoy both classic and new cocktails, good wine and interesting beers in a comfortable and relaxing environment.
