Visa Information

If you plan to attend the conference, please consider that you might need a visa to come to Sweden and that you have to apply for it in time. The swedish government offers a website with frequently asked questions and all information concerning the visa process, which can be found here. There is also a list of the countries who do require a visa, available here.

To apply for a visa, you might need a letter of invitation. This can be produced in two ways as described below. Note that the first option is significantly faster than the second manual option.

• If you are an author of an ICRA paper you can log into Paper Plaza,
  enter your author workspace and in the page listing your ICRA paper(s) click on Choose an Option in the right hand column, and then Request an acceptance letter
• If you are not an author, you need to first register for the conference, then email icra2016@meetagain.se, with the following information
