Registration
Please read all of the information below first. You must register before you can submit a final paper.
Advance Registration
Before you start the registration, please make sure that your credit card is open for payments in SEK (Swedish Crowns)!
Advance registration is now closed (as of the 10th of May).
On Site Registration
The on site registration desk will be open as follows
Monday 16th: 7:30-17:00
Tuesday 17th – Thursday 19th: 8:00-17:00
Friday 20th: 8:00-10:00
Fees
The fees for conference, workshops/tutorials and extra pages are shown below. The cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of this page.
One Day Registration
The fee for one day on site registrations is 2500 SEK for IEEE Members and 3500 SEK for nonmembers. Note that Conference Dinners and Receptions are not included in the one day registration. The price is the same for workshop/tutorial days as for regular conference days.

*In order to submit the final paper or video submission at least one of the authors has to register in advance (see above). Authors registered as student are allowed to upload 1 contribution. With a regular registration up to 2 contributions can be registered. If you want to upload more contributions, you have to pay an extra charge, or a new registration is needed. Six pages incuding figures in standard IEEE conference paper format are allowed for each paper. You can purchase a maximum of two additional pages for each contribution at an extra fee of 1500 SEK per page.
**In order to register as a student, register via the regular registration form as a student attendant. You will receive a confirmation mail for your registration. Send this mail together with a confirmation document of your student status. Such confirmation document can be a) copy of your enrollment or b) copy of your student card or c) official letter from your institution in English stating that have a student status. Please send the confirmation document to icra2016@meetagain.se.
***In order to get an approval as a life member to upload any contributions, please contact the registration office first via email: icra2016@meetagain.se.
Included in the conference ticket are:
- Coffee during coffee breaks

- Opening, Welcome Reception, Banquet, Farewell

Note that to avoid paying double extra page fees for papers accepted to both ICRA and RA-L, you should read and follow the detailed instructions on your acceptance letter.

To register for a workshop or tutorial, you should either
- Register for the conference and for workshops/tutorials (as above) if you plan to attend the main conference and the workshops/tutorials days (Monday and Friday) or
- Use the one day on site registration option (see below) if you plan to attend only one of the workshops/tutorials days and not the main conference. In this case you do not need to pay the Workshops/Tutorials fee above.
Accompanying guest
A Reception ticket can be purchased for accompanying guests. This ticket gives access to three Social Activities: Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner and Farewell Reception.
Price: SEK 1000
Cancellation Policy
Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 1000 SEK on or before March 31, 2016 with the following exception: if your registration was used to upload a final contribution to ICRA 2016, it can’t be refunded. On or after April 1, 2016, the registration fee can’t be refunded. All refunds will be made after the conference.
