We cordially invite you to submit papers for the 2017 IEEE Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing Conference (EDTM 2017). Papers are sought on any topic within the scope of the conference.
EDTM aims for highest quality, and all papers accepted would be subject to IEEE-EDS standard review processes and conference publishing guidelines.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in EDTM proceedings and will be included in IEEE Xplore. A selected number of high impact EDTM papers would be invited for the consideration of publication in the IEEE Journal of Electron Devices Society (JEDS) as extended version of EDTM conference papers following the IEEE publication policy and J-EDS author-guidelines.
Authors of accepted papers will be requested to submit the IEEE copyright form by due date. Details will be announced in a notification of acceptance.
Presentation formats of contributed papers are oral or poster, and authors can choose it in the process of online paper submission. However please note that the Technical Program Committee has the right to make a final decision on the type of presentation associated with each paper.

Due to the tight schedule of the inaugural EDTM 2017, we will consider the accepted 2-page initial submission as the final camera ready manuscript. If you do not submit the 3-page manuscript of your accepted 2-page abstract by January 16, the initial submission would be published as it is.
Registration Requirement
All presenting authors are required to complete conference registration by January 31, 2017.

Preparation of Paper
The template provides a detailed description of paper preparation. Authors should read it carefully and write papers according to this guideline.

After finishing your preparation of paper, authors must create a PDF according to the IEEE PDF Specification for IEEE Xplore. All submissions MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF eXpress.
Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org.
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information.
You will need the Conference ID which is: 40312XP Please use 40795XP instead.
Once authors have completed this step, only then can move on to the submission site and submit the paper.
*Paper Submission is now available for all speakers to submit a final camera ready 3-page manuscript.
