Poster Session

All accepted papers will have the option of submitting an accompany 4'x3' (portrait mode) poster. A powerpoint poster template may be downloaded here. Poster submission is due at the same time as the final paper and video submission (deadline: June 15). The posters will be reviewed and a subset selected for presentation at the conference poster session on August 22 in conjunction with the conference mixer. Poster board and pins/clips will be provided. Presenters are responsible for printing the posters and bringing them to the conference.

A newly instituted Best Poster Award will be presented to the poster with best visual and oral presentation. The submitted version of the poster (in pdf format, due at same time as the submission of the final paper) will serve as the basis for prelimary review for the Best Poster Award, in addition to the oral presentation in the conference.

All posters will be made available on the conference website.
