Paper submissions must be accompanied by a non-student registrations. Each regular (non-student and non-IEEE-Life-Member) registration can cover up to 2 (two) paper submissions. Each IEEE-Life-Member registration can cover 1 (one) paper submission.
If you are not an IEEE memberr, please consider joining IEEE to take advantage of the reduced registration rate and many benefits that IEEE provides.

Final Paper Submission instruction
Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be in writing and received before August 6, 2010. No refunds will be accepted after this date. A 20% cancellation charge will be deducted from the registration fee.
