Speaker Note: To upload your final paper, you must register for the conference by July 20, 2009. Every paper must be associated with a full (not student) registration for one of its authors.

One-day Registration admits one entrance into that day's technical sessions, the plenary (if applicable) and rap sessions, industrial seminars (if applicable), and the exhibition.

Tutorials will take place on Sunday, September 20, 2009. You may select one morning session and one afternoon session. The rates are outlined below. The registration rate is the same if you choose to attend either one or two tutorials. The registration fee includes materials for all 8 tutorials.

Guest rates - $175 includes admission to the opening reception, awards luncheon and conference banquet. A limited number of awards luncheon and conference banquet tickets will be sold onsite. You can still include your guests' name on the registration form, even if he or she does not want to attend the social functions.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing to ecce@courtesyassoc.com by August 20, 2009. Cancellations received by August 20, 2009 will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received after August 20, 2009 will not receive a refund.
